Is Greg going for a "Frank from 30 Rock" look?

Every time I watch 30 Rock I think of my buddy Greg and how he looks when he comes in to work with his Bruins hat on and his lumber jacket.  Am I wrong or is he going for the look?  I am fairly certain that Frank is one of Greg's heros, so it could be true.  And although I called him my buddy earlier.... I may not be after this post.
