Robbie Burns Run

If you can get out of bed.
Figure out what to wear in  minus 18 deg. weather
Get to the start
Run 8 km and don't stop until your done.

Then you get a steamy bowl of oatmeal and to feel like you did something.
Or maybe you need some some  Haggis-that infamous food of Scottish tradition.  The ingredients include the sheep's pluck (heart, liver and lungs) as well as onion oats, suet, spices salt and stock.
